Rhonda Reif, MBA has over 25 years experience in the Healing Arts. She has attained the new Board Certification Level from NCBTMB, and she has been a member of ABMP & NCBTMB for over 20 years. Rhonda is a Holistic Health Practitioner, Licensed Massage Therapist & a Reiki Master. She is also a teacher, published author and professional speaker. In addition to providing individual sessions, she also teaches class for both personal enrichment and for students wishing to pursue a career in the Healing Arts.

We are located within a medical office which specializes in corporate medical services. The facilities offer a comfortable waiting area and spacious therapy room. Our center is owned by Rhonda Reif and is operated as a separate business entity. We have been in business for over 25 years.

The Stress Management Center offers over 33 different modalities and session types. We specialize in deep tissue massage,  energywork, bodywork, Reiki, hot stone massage therapy, foot massage, reflexology, pregnancy and infant massage, chair massage, Swedish massage, and therapeutic massage. We also offer specialty modalities such as sound healing, color and name assesments  and energetic release.  At your initial consultation we take the time to listen to your life situations and determine what level of pressure, temperature, and modality is best suited for your body’s condition.

She has served as a Board Member for the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork as well as being the Vice Chairman of the Iowa Board of Massage Therapy.  Rhonda has been a presenter at the Association of Massage and Bodywork Professionals School Issues Forums, and a delegate to the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards. She has also served on various committees.


Rhonda has a regularly scheduled radio program "Living Well Naturally" &  has been a guest on TV talk shows.  She has written a series of articles for her column "Holistically Speaking" for the Living Well special editions. She also has recorded her own relaxation CD "Pathways to Paradise".  In 2008 she was voted the "Best New Business Idea"  and was awarded a grant to develop her own personal line of spa and relaxation products, which she retails & wholesales.
